The fastest way is the request form on the site or a message in a messenger: we answer in English, Russian and Vietnamese. We have no office and meet at viewings in Da Nang; calling without a message first is not ideal, because during the day we are often at showings.

The form on the site reaches us the same way a message does and is better for a first request, because it asks the right questions straight away: budget, bedrooms, date, length of stay.

What to put in the first message

Five things after which we can send options rather than questions back:

  1. Monthly budget and currency.
  2. How many bedrooms and who will live there: one person, a couple, a family, pets.
  3. Move-in date and length of stay: three, six, twelve months.
  4. An area or two if you have chosen; if not, start with the guide to the best areas to live.
  5. In Da Nang already, or looking remotely.
