Danang Homii finds apartments, villas and houses in Da Nang for stays of three months and longer. We work in every residential building in the city, as well as with villas and private houses. We show you the homes, deal with the owner and stay with you from the first message to move-in and for the whole lease after that.

Who finds your home

Viewings are run by Duong (Dương), our agent in Da Nang. She has worked in rentals since 2025, works with owners across the city, speaks Vietnamese and English, and handles viewings and leases herself. Her rule: someone renting from another country should find it simple and calm, with no risk of being scammed, and the owner should find it easy too. On the site and in messages we reply in English, Russian and Vietnamese.

"Finding a home is about more than choosing the right space. It's about having people you can rely on by your side, from the first viewing to everyday needs and unexpected situations," says Duong.

How renting works

  1. You tell us what you need: budget, area, bedrooms, length of stay and move-in date.
  2. We send a shortlist, usually within a day or two, and answer questions about each home.
  3. We show you the homes in person at a time that suits you.
  4. You sign the lease, in two languages, before you pay anything, and the deposit goes to the owner.
  5. On move-in you get the keys and a handover report with photos and meter readings. We register your tạm trú for you.

What every listing shows

The price is the one the owner gave us, with the date of the catalogue update. The listing also shows the lease term, the deposit and how rent is paid. Electricity and water are paid separately at the state rate, and so are internet and cleaning; every listing says so. Everything available now is in the catalogue, and the terms are confirmed at the viewing.
