This page says in plain words what happens to the details you leave on the Danang Homii site. Nothing here goes beyond what we actually do.

Who handles the data

Data controller: Danang Homii, a long-term rental matching service in Da Nang.

What we collect

Through the request form you tell us:

  • your Telegram or WhatsApp contact (required);
  • monthly budget, preferred move-in date and number of bedrooms;
  • a convenient viewing time and a comment, if you add them;
  • your consent to processing (the checkbox in the form).

Along with the request, the server records the page it was sent from, referral tags (utm), your IP address, browser name and the time of sending. We use this to see where a request came from and to filter out spam.

The site does not ask for passport details or card numbers, and there is no user account.

Why

For two things only: to find you a home and to get in touch about it. We do not send newsletters and we do not sell the list.

Who receives it

Your request goes to our partner agent in Da Nang, who selects options and arranges the viewing. You hear back in the messenger you named yourself: WhatsApp, Telegram or Zalo. We pass nothing to other companies, ad networks or data brokers.

Requests are stored on the site's own server. The map on our pages loads its tiles from an OpenFreeMap server, so your browser sends that server your IP address, as it does with any website. Fonts and images come from our server. Pages and requests pass through the Cloudflare network (USA), which speeds up the site and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare therefore sees your IP address and browser requests, as any hosting provider does.

How long we keep it

For as long as the search is running. After that the record stays in our log of enquiries so we can pick up your request if you write again. Twelve months after your last contact the record is deleted from the server, and from our backups within the following two months.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct your contact or have everything deleted. Write to us through the form on the site with the word "data", or in the messenger where we talked. We delete within 30 days and confirm by message.

Cookies and analytics

The site runs Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica only if you press "Accept" in the cookie notice. Until then the counters do not load and no analytics cookies are set. The counters see which pages you open, where you came from and on what device, and they log actions on the site: sending the form, tapping a messenger, switching language, showing a home on the map. Your name and contact from the form are not sent to them; they see only the request type, the listing number and the language. The data is processed by Google (USA) and Yandex (Russia) under their own terms and kept for their own periods. Changed your mind? Press "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page and choose "Necessary only".

When you tap a WhatsApp, Telegram, Zalo, email or phone button, our server records which button it was, the page it is on and where you came to the site from. Your IP address and browser details are not stored, and no cookies are involved. In WhatsApp and Telegram the first message is already typed out with the listing number and the page address. You can edit or delete it before sending.

Changes

This version is dated 1 October 2026: a section on analytics was added, it applies from the moment the counters are switched on. If anything changes, a new date and a short note on what changed will appear here.
