The Filmore is a residential tower on the west bank of the Han River in Hai Chau, next to the riverside promenade. We have nothing in this building in our catalogue right now; the agent we work with finds one on request. Open listings for the same building run from $1,060 to $1,410 a month.
What the building is
The Filmore is a single tower of 25 floors above ground and 3 below on the Bach Dang riverfront, with more frontages on Tran Van Tru and Binh Minh 5; until July 2025 this was Binh Thuan ward, now Hoa Cuong. It has 206 apartments: one-bedrooms of 48-51 m², two-bedrooms of 70-75 m², three-bedrooms of about 127 m² and penthouses of 219 m². The developer is Filmore Development of Ho Chi Minh City, the main contractor Delta, and CBRE manages the building. The Department of Construction signed off the building on 16 April 2024, and apartments were handed over from May 2024 with built-in furniture. Floor 25 has a heated infinity pool and a Technogym gym; there is also a children's pool, a sauna, a library, a banquet room, a barbecue area, a playground and Face ID entry. The developer does not publish the management fee.
What needs no source: the building stands by the river on the city side, where half the city walks in the evening and the Dragon Bridge is in view. It is not the beach side. The sea is a scooter ride away; the Han Market and the offices of the centre are a walk.
How Hai Chau compares with the beach districts on noise, prices and distances is in our guide to the best areas to live in Da Nang.

If you want an apartment in this building, put your budget and term in the request form: the agent we work with has access to apartments outside our open listings.
What is nearby
The Han riverside promenade is at the door. The Dragon Bridge and the Han Bridge are a walk along the river, and so are the Han Market and the shopping streets of the centre. My Khe beach is on the other bank, a scooter ride across the bridge. The international schools are on the east bank and in Ngu Hanh Son, a ride from Hai Chau.
Lease terms in this building
The deposit, the term and what the rent includes (electricity, water, internet, the building fee) we confirm for the specific apartment before the viewing. The owner registers your temporary residence (tạm trú).
What the price includes, the state of the furniture and appliances, the floor and the parking are on the apartment card and at the viewing.
