Hiyori Garden Tower is a 28-storey tower in Son Tra, on the east bank of the Han River on Vo Van Kiet street, which runs from the Dragon Bridge to the beach; the old ward was An Hai Dong, now An Hai. The name is Japanese and the layouts are uniform: almost every apartment has two bedrooms and a similar floor area. Our catalogue has 4 apartments here, from $769 a month as of 09.10.2026. Open listings for the building run from $530 to $680 with a median of $590.

What the building is

The developer is Sun Frontier Đà Nẵng, wholly Japanese-owned and a subsidiary of Tokyo-listed Sun Frontier Fudousan. By its figures the tower has 28 floors above ground, a technical floor and two basement levels, and 306 apartments: 300 two-bedrooms of 63-72 m² on floors 3 to 27, twelve per floor, and 6 three-bedrooms of 127-171 m² on floor 28. It was completed in September 2019. The address is Lot 2-A2, Vo Van Kiet street.

The developer lists adult and children's pools, a gym and garden on the second floor, a Japanese-standard kindergarten, a mini mart and 24-hour security, with 87 car and 170 motorbike spaces in the two basements. That is the developer's description, not our inspection; after the first viewing with a client we will confirm what actually works.

The tower stands in a quiet part of Son Tra: a few minutes' walk to the river and the promenade, a scooter ride through the district to My Khe beach. Listings for the upper floors mention a view of the Dragon Bridge. How Son Tra compares with the beach quarters is in our guide to the best areas to live in Da Nang.

Apartments and prices

What Bedrooms Area View Monthly rent
Market, 11 prices from 4 pages 2 various various $530-680, median $590

The market range comes from Vietnamese listing sites where prices are quoted in dong, 13.9 to 18 million a month. Confidence is medium: 11 prices from 4 pages. Some of them are unfurnished or basic-furnished flats aimed at local tenants, which is the main reason the median is low.

Our apartments are let to foreigners furnished and equipped, with prices in dollars. For the market's $590 you can rent a two-bedroom in this building if you are ready for an empty flat and a Vietnamese-only contract. We can find that too; say so in the form.

What is nearby

The Han River and the promenade are a walk. The Dragon Bridge and the Han Bridge are along the riverside. My Khe beach is ten to fifteen minutes by scooter across Son Tra. The An Hai market and cafés are within walking distance; the big supermarkets are a scooter ride.
