Masteri Rivera is a new two-tower complex by Masterise Homes on Quy My street, Hoa Cuong ward, in the southern part of Hai Chau, with handover to owners on 30 October 2026. Until then nobody rents apartments there. Leave a request now and the agent we work with sends you options as soon as the keys are handed over. What the building is

Two towers of 39 floors above ground with two basement levels. The city's Department of Construction cleared 1,112 apartments for sale in November 2024. The apartments are one-bedrooms plus of about 50 m², two-bedrooms of about 68 m², three-bedrooms of about 79 m² and dual-key units of about 100 m², the last ones suited to a family of two generations or to a home with an office.

Inside the complex there is an infinity pool and a gym, free for tenants, a playground and a residents' room. Security runs 24/7, the lifts work by key card floor by floor, and the 20th floor is a refuge floor built to fire-safety rules. The developer is Masterise Homes. For the first batch, handed over on 30 October, the management fee is waived for three years, for owners and their tenants alike.

The apartments facing north and north-east look onto the Han river and the stage of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF): the show can be watched from the balcony, without the traffic on the embankment.

Renting in a building that has just been handed over

Pink books in a new project are issued later, so the owner shows the sale contract with the developer and the handover minutes instead; ask to see both, and check that the name matches the lease. Look at the common areas at the viewing rather than in the pictures: in the first months a new building is still settling in.
