What the building is

The Vista Residence, registered as Chung cư Bắc Cường, is a building of 20 floors above ground, two below and a roof level at 40A Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Hoa Cuong ward. It has 112 apartments, seven per floor: two-bedrooms of 76 m² and three-bedrooms of 112 m²; floors 1 to 4 are commercial, and there are four lifts. The developer is Cuong Thinh Phat Land, with Dat Xanh Mien Trung as sales partner. Construction began in July 2023, the Department of Construction signed off the building on 15 July 2026, and handover started on 7 August 2026. The roof has an infinity pool and a sky bar; there is a gym, a shopping podium, a playground and two basement parking levels. PMC manages the building; buyers were promised three years of free management.

What that means for a tenant. A hundred and twelve apartments is a building where the concierge knows everyone by sight, the lift does not keep you waiting and the courtyard is quiet. The other side: the building is brand new, handover began in August 2026, and the common areas are still settling in; look at them at the viewing rather than in the pictures.
