What the area is

Bau Tram Lakeside is a green urban area by Công ty CP Đầu tư Sài Gòn - Đà Nẵng (SDN), part of the Saigon Invest group, formerly Hoa Hiep Nam ward of Lien Chieu district, now Hai Van ward. The apartments are The Ori Garden on lots B4-1 and B4-2: 10 towers of 20 or 21 floors with 3,358 apartments of one to three bedrooms, about 35-70 m². About 81.5% is social housing: 2,736 apartments, of which 2,197 were for sale and 539 for rent. The other 622 are commercial apartments. BPMAX has operated the complex since April 2023. Because most of it is social housing, renting an apartment out is subject to rules.

The distances: central Hai Chau is 20 to 30 minutes away by scooter and My Khe beach 30 to 40 minutes, while the Hoa Khanh industrial zone and the University of Science and Technology are a few minutes away. Nam O and Xuan Thieu beaches are much closer than My Khe.
