What you get

Our one-bedrooms in The Panoma, Ngu Hanh Son, are about 50 m², the smallest about 35 m², and every one looks at the Han river or the sea. The building has a pool and a gym, and My Khe beach is 1.5 km away. A one-bedroom of 50 m² takes a bed, a sofa, a dining table and a desk without feeling tight, which is why it is the usual choice for one person or a couple working from home; more on that in our guide to living and working remotely in Da Nang.

If you want a particular building or area, tell us: the agent we work with covers every residential building in the city. Asking rents for one-bedrooms in other buildings are in our rent prices table, and river-view homes of every size are on the Han river view page.

What you pay on top of the rent

Electricity by meter at the EVN tariff, water at the state rate, internet and cleaning are not in the price. In a one-bedroom the electricity bill depends mostly on the air conditioner; what a typical month comes to is in our guide to utility bills. The deposit is usually one month, and rent is usually paid three months at a time. A twelve-month lease gives the best monthly price.

How to rent one

Tell us in the form your budget, the move-in date and whether you need a desk by the window or a bathtub. We send options, show them in person, and sign a bilingual lease before any money changes hands. The steps are on the how to rent page. If you need a second bedroom, see the 2-bedroom page.
