The complex has a park in the middle, footbridges between the blocks, a supermarket, a kindergarten, a pharmacy and a playground. It is now in Son Tra ward.

Man Thai and Tho Quang beaches are within walking distance, and the Son Tra peninsula is right behind. The centre is 10 to 15 minutes away across the Han River bridge, and My Khe is 10 minutes by scooter. The area is quiet, with few foreigners and local-style services.
