What the complex is

An Trung 2 is social housing for low-income residents, one of four projects in the Blue House group, built by a consortium of Công ty CP Đức Mạnh and Công ty CP Đầu tư Xây dựng 579. The plot has four frontages, on Vu Van Dung, Tran Quang Dieu, An Trung 1 and Ngo Quyen, formerly An Hai Tay ward, now An Hai ward. There are three blocks: A with 18 floors, B with 15 and C with 12, and 957 apartments of 49-67 m² in all. Block C has been lived in since 2019. Blocks A and B were topped out on 31 December 2025, the lottery for the right to buy was held on 31 May 2026, and as of 27 September 2026 we had seen no news of handover. There is a kindergarten, a community house, parking and a sports ground, and no pool.
