A Blooming Tower apartment rents for 22-28 million dong a month, about $840-1,060, according to 4 prices from 2 pages; that is a small sample, so treat the range as a reference. The tower stands at the northern end of Hai Chau, next to the Thuan Phuoc bridge where the Han river meets the bay, and it is one of the tallest residential buildings on the west bank. Our catalogue has nothing here right now; the agent we work with finds a unit on request.
What the building is
The address is 60A Xuan Dieu, at the foot of the Thuan Phuoc bridge in the Da Phuoc urban area, formerly Thuan Phuoc ward, now Hai Chau ward. The developer is Korea Investment & Development (KID), with POSCO E&C as main contractor. The plan was twin towers of 37 floors above ground plus a basement with 486 apartments; only one tower was built, probably by around 2018, and the second tower's foundation stands unfinished. Listings mention a pool, parking and views of both the river and the sea; from the upper floors you see the bay, the peninsula and the whole length of the river.
Before you rent here, check one thing. On 21 May 2025 the fire police of Da Nang temporarily suspended the building's operation, because it had been put into use without written fire-safety acceptance; operation may resume only once that approval is issued (Thanh Niên and Tuổi Trẻ, 21.05.2025). We found no news that the suspension has been lifted. Ask the owner or the management for the fire-safety acceptance before paying anything.
The location is the thing to understand. The Thuan Phuoc end of Hai Chau is quieter than the market district around Han market, with the river promenade at the door and the sea breeze coming up the bay, but it is also the northern tip of the centre: Han market is ten minutes by scooter, the beach on the other side is fifteen across the Thuan Phuoc bridge, and the wind in the rainy season hits this corner first.

Who it suits
People who want height, water on two sides and a quieter corner of the centre; couples and small families who work in Hai Chau; anyone who prefers a big managed tower to the small blocks of the old streets. Not anyone who wants the beach on foot, and not anyone who dislikes wind.
Lease terms
From the listings: one month's deposit, leases from six months, utilities by meter, management fee separate in most cases. Before the rainy season, ask about the windows and the balcony drains on the sea side; what to check is in our rainy season guide. Leases through us are bilingual and include the temporary residence registration.
