Times Square Da Nang is a residential complex by My Khe beach on the beach side of Son Tra, one of the newest buildings in the city: completed in 2026 according to public sources. FUTA Residence is the name of the residential part, after the developer. Our catalogue has nothing in this building right now; the agent we work with finds one on request.

What the building is

Two residential towers over a shared retail podium: A with 24 floors, about 95 m, and B with 31 floors, about 118 m, over two basement levels. There are 560 apartments, from studios to penthouses of 40-230 m², plus 15 shops. The investor is Kim Long Nam, the developer FUTA Land of the Phuong Trang group, and CBRE manages the building. The address is 196-198 Vo Nguyen Giap: a plot between the beach road, Pham Van Dong, Duong Dinh Nghe and Ho Nghinh, where the city beach of My Khe ends and Pham Van Dong beach begins; the sea is across the road, opposite Bien Dong Park. The new address is An Hai ward. The Ministry of Construction signed off the building on 12 May 2026, and apartments have been handed over since mid-May. The developer lists a pool, a fitness centre, a sky lounge and a concierge lobby. It does not publish the management fee per m².

What "completed in 2026" means in practice: common areas may still be getting finished, some apartments stand empty, the shops downstairs open one by one. The upside is that everything is new; the downside is construction and move-ins around you for another year or two. There are no market listings for this building in our sample: it is only just filling up. For reference, one-bedrooms in our catalogue run from $654 to $1,077 as of 09.10.2026, and at The Panoma by the river they start at $654. The first line in a 2026 building means the beach across the road instead of ten minutes by scooter and everything brand new; if not all of that matters to you, the river side works out cheaper.
