Sun Home, also written Sun Homes, is a social housing complex in the An Hoa residential area of Son Tra, built by Sun Group. According to VnExpress and the city information portal, it has 221 apartments for sale and 126 for rent under the social housing scheme. Because it is social housing, renting from the developer and renting an apartment out are both subject to rules, and our listing sample has nothing for this complex. What the complex is

Sun Home stands in the An Hoa residential area, formerly Nai Hien Dong ward, now Son Tra ward. Sun Group built it with the 30,000 billion dong credit package: three blocks of 10 floors and 407 apartments, 347 of them social housing and 60 commercial. It was inaugurated on 29 November 2013, and the first low-income households moved in before the 2014 Lunar New Year. The legal sale and letting of the 221 apartments for sale and the 126 for rent was approved by the Department of Construction only in August 2026, after completion acceptance, with contracts to be signed once the Department announces the approved prices. In 2020 the Department stated that broker adverts selling Sun Home apartments were untrue.

Social housing differs from a commercial building in two ways: the price is below the market, and the buyer or tenant has to be eligible under the policy. The 126 rental apartments are allocated by the Department of Construction on the basis of applications, not through agents. An apartment that has been bought can be let only if it meets the current rules, so ask the owner for the legal basis before paying a deposit.

The complex is in the north of Son Tra, near the port and the Thuan Phuoc bridge. The centre is 10 minutes away by scooter, My Khe 10 to 15 minutes.

Reference prices

There are no Sun Home listings in our sample. In the same group, Blue House nearby rents at about $190, and The Ori Garden in Lien Chieu at about $190. How to rent

For the developer's apartments, applications go through the notices of Sun Group and the housing authority, not through us. For an apartment that has been sold and may legally be let, put your budget and move-in date into the form; we ask the agent and take only apartments with a valid basis for letting.
