Terms. Leases usually run from six months, and some apartments rent from three; a year gives the best monthly price. Every home comes furnished. The deposit is usually one month, and rent is paid three months at a time. Electricity and water are paid separately at the state rate, and so are internet and cleaning. We do not do nightly or monthly stays.

How it works. You send your budget, dates and the number of bedrooms, and we reply with a shortlist, usually within a day or two. You view the homes in person and sign the lease, in two languages, before you pay anything; the deposit goes to the owner. At move-in you get a handover report with photos and meter readings. We register your temporary residence (tạm trú) for you. We reply in English, Russian and Vietnamese.
