Harmony is a 16-floor building with 124 apartments on Pham Van Dong street, on the beach side of Son Tra. According to 8 prices from 5 pages, apartments here rent for 20-22 million dong a month, about $760-840. The range covers both apartments with basic furniture and fully furnished ones aimed at foreign tenants. Our catalogue has no unit here right now; the agent we work with finds one on request.
What the building is
Harmony stands on lot A5, Pham Van Dong street, a plot with four frontages on Pham Van Dong, Morrison, Chinh Huu and Hoang Bich Son, formerly An Hai Bac ward, now An Hai ward. The developer is EVNLand Central (Công ty CP Bất động sản Điện lực Miền Trung), and the design is by the French firm Archipel. Construction began in April 2010 and handover started in the first quarter of 2013. Only block A was built: 16 floors above ground and one basement, with 124 apartments of one to three bedrooms, about 44-100 m². There is 24-hour CCTV, an automatic fire-fighting system, backup power, a basement for scooters, car parking and a garden that takes up most of the 3,200 m² plot.
In 2023 the residents' board reported that the developer had not handed over the maintenance fund of more than 3 billion dong, and residents described cracked and leaking outer walls and a flooded basement. At the viewing, look closely at the walls and the basement.
The building is small next to the big riverside complexes, so it is quiet and the wait for the lift is short. The location decides who lives here: Pham Van Dong is the spine of the Korean quarter, with Korean-speaking restaurants, shops and clinics, Pham Van Dong beach is a few minutes away on foot, and the Han River bridge takes you to the centre in five minutes by scooter.

Who it suits
People who want a small, quiet building near the beach and the Korean quarter; small families who want a garden without a huge complex around it. Not for anyone who needs a river view or the newest tower.
