The apartments of the project are the two The Panoma towers: P1, 33 floors along Tran Thi Ly, and P2, 27 floors on the riverfront, about 650 apartments in all, plus a row of shophouses in the podium. What the project is

From the project page: Tran Thi Ly street, formerly Bac My Phu ward of Ngu Hanh Son district, now Ngu Hanh Son ward, on the border with Son Tra. The two towers hold about 655 apartments, 391 in P1 and 264 in P2, with handover from July 2025. The low-rise part, The Cosmo, is townhouses and villas. There is a pool, 24-hour security, a playground, 38 shophouses and three basement levels. Many listings still use "Sun Cosmo" for apartments in P1 and "The Panoma" for apartments in P2, so compare prices by tower and floor, not by name.

What is nearby

The Tran Thi Ly bridge is at the door, and central Hai Chau is five minutes away by scooter. My Khe beach is ten minutes. There is a supermarket and cafés in the shophouse row, An Hai market is ten minutes on foot, and the international schools to the south are 15 to 25 minutes away.
